Albania and regional countries, with the highest official holidays including 1st of May

According to the Labor Code in Albania there are 20 working days annual leave, in other words, 28 calendar days. On the other hand there are 12 official days off.
The days when official holidays coincide on Sunday, Monday is a day off, as it is the 1st of May 2017. In general large private companies in Albania as well as state administration, respect this Labor Law and pay their workers for all the days off that coincide to on Saturday or Sunday.
